Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at L&Q. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization meets its regulatory obligations and maintains a strong compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage data related to compliance and provide regular performance management reports to the Compliance & Casework Team Leader.
- Advise and update the Compliance & Casework Team Leader on any failure to meet compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Managers and Contract Co-ordinators to improve performance and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong administrative experience in fast-paced working environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience with MS Office suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
