Job Title: Casual Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Casual Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Process and replenish stock, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management
  • Support in stock inventory and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Requirements:
  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and outgoing, with a positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly
