About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager - Digital Print to join our team at Kingsgate Recruitment Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Receive, edit, and set up artwork for digital print production
  • Produce print proofs and manage the printing process
  • Be responsible for quality control and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with print suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Have hands-on experience with design applications such as Adobe InDesign or be able to learn technical skills quickly
  • Have data handling ability and intermediate experience with using Excel
  • Have a positive approach to work, be mature, and independent
  • Have strong written and communication skills
  • Have a high level of initiative and be punctual and reliable
Requirements
  • Experience in a print production role or a role where design software is widely used
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
