Auditor - Key Responsibilities

  • You will provide coaching and mentoring to ensure that all Operatives are receiving the necessary training and development opportunities.
  • You will assess Operatives on sector 12D projects and supervise and audit 12D works on site as required.
  • You will identify Operatives capable of further 12D training and development.
  • You will deliver Health and Safety briefings and feedback sessions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the workforce is completing all necessary tasks and meeting company standards.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a valid UK driving license.
