Your Mission- Delight and Inspire Every Customer: Lead a team that offers an exceptional retail experience, showcasing brilliant product knowledge and creating 'moments that matter' with our customers.
- Create a Store Experience that's Fun, Friendly, Accessible, and Inclusive: Recruit team members who embody our values and behaviours, building a dream-team of retail superheroes.
- Collaborate and Drive Commerciality: Join forces with fellow Retail Store Managers, Area and Regional teams, to share best practices and encourage continuous growth across the teams.
- Drive Retail Commerciality like a Boss: Strive for fantastic sales and high performance across all KPI's, making your store shine with excellent standards and impeccable merchandising.
- Be a Merchandising Master: Effortlessly place products in both planogrammed and non-planogrammed spaces, making the most of our products and creating an engaging shopping experience.
- Genuine and Authentic: Your positivity, creativity, and passion for our brand and products shine through, making you a trusted advisor for our customers.
- Resilient Champion: You can handle the fast-paced retail environment like a boss, juggling busy days, heavy deliveries, and customers with ease.
- Stock Management Guru: You tackle the challenge of sorting, pricing, and merchandising deliveries like a pro, making the most of our products and creating an efficient store operation.
