We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Provide consultation and training to staff on mental health issues and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
