About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in providing support to pupils with special educational needs. As a key member of our inclusion team, you will work closely with our Head of Inclusion and SEND to implement pupils' Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and provide one-on-one or small-group support to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to pupils with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Work closely with teaching staff to implement pupils' EHCPs and provide individualized support
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive support to pupils
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
