Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, valuations, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual and legal obligations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual success, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant contractual and legal obligations, including risk management and mitigation, to minimize potential liabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in heavy civil engineering projects, including contract law, procurement, and commercial management.
