Join Change Hospitality, a renowned boutique restaurant in Central London, as we seek a highly skilled Senior Event Manager to lead our events team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-end events, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and execute event concepts, working closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and run sheets, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of each event, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Budget & Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a small team of event staff, ensuring excellent communication and coordination across all departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager in a high-end venue or hospitality setting.
- Strong operational background with a keen focus on logistics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
