Role Overview
At Clear Channel, we strive to be pioneers in the Out-of-Home advertising sector.
This position is for a distinguished D365 Supply Chain Consultant to join our vibrant Tech Europe division and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.
In this capacity, you will contribute to a high-performing team that drives both technological and business transformation as we standardize our back-office operations across Europe.
You will report to the Head of Back Office and will engage with our cross-functional teams, particularly in the Front Office & Back Office, business stakeholders, engineering, DevOps squads, and various stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend Business Operations and System Configuration - Develop a thorough understanding of Clear Channel UK's business operations, key stakeholders, and the specific features and configurations of D365 F&O.
- Collaborate with D365 Architect on Solution Assessment - Lead a detailed evaluation of the current D365 solution to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement, particularly focusing on new inventory management processes.
- Assist BAU D365 Team - Support the BAU D365 support team in resolving issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Implement and Enhance Inventory Management Processes - Successfully implement new inventory management processes within D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Promote Continuous Improvement and Operational Stability - Deliver ongoing value through continuous improvement initiatives and maintain the operational stability of D365 F&O.
- Enhance Stakeholder Engagement and Communication - Ensure stakeholders are consistently involved and informed about the progress and outcomes of D365 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain best practices, particularly in inventory management, procurement, project management, master planning, and asset management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and design solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management Accounting, and Procurement modules.
- Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions, conveying information to stakeholders efficiently.
- Proactive in personal and professional development, continually enhancing skills, supporting team growth, and driving business improvement.
- Strong ethical standards, consistently acting with integrity and building trust within the organization and with Tech Europe colleagues.
