About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, leading a team of physiotherapists and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of physiotherapists, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for service improvement, implementing changes to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to colleagues, promoting best practice and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Recognized qualification in physiotherapy, with significant post-registration experience in a senior leadership role.
  • HCPC registration and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Specialist training or courses to Postgraduate Diploma level or relevant experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
