Cardiff Based Senior Oncology Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Oncology Physiotherapist to join our team at a hospital in Cardiff on a full-time basis for a 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an established and supporting multi-disciplinary therapy team, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

About the Role:

  • Senior Oncology Physiotherapist
  • £27-33 per hour
  • Start as soon as possible
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary Team
  • Based in Cardiff

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy care to patients with oncology-related conditions, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients' physical and functional abilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing education and guidance to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience in Oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
