We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at West Riding Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate health and safety initiatives across the organization
- Conduct risk assessments for various departments and develop safe systems of work
- Oversee the proper use of equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and deliver health and safety induction training for new staff members
- Provide regular communication and feedback to management and staff
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety principles and regulations
- Related qualifications, such as NEBOSH, are highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:15 hours per week
Salary:
Up to £18.00 per hour, based on experience
