Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized individual to join our team as a Responsible Sourcing Analyst. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our supply chain meets our high standards for responsible sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain raw material trackers to ensure compliance with our sustainability goals
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on responsible sourcing metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with suppliers to implement sustainable practices and ensure compliance with our standards
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in our supply chain
  • Develop and implement training programs for buying teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to source responsibly
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure that our products meet our sustainability standards
  • Contribute to corporate reporting and sustainability updates on our website
Requirements
  • Strong analytical background with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple areas of work and meet deadlines
  • Systems experience with Board and D365
  • Raw material/textile experience is an advantage
  • Interest in environmental issues and awareness of new legislation and emerging issues
  • Confident in documenting processes and disseminating information
