Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pastry kitchen personnel to produce high-quality pastries and desserts for our award-winning afternoon tea and all-day-dining menu.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to plan menus, manage food costs, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
  • Develop and implement creative pastry concepts to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.
