Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations and Contract Management to join their team. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of support services within the hospital, providing leadership for the effective management of all non-clinical functions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education or postgraduate leadership and management qualification, with sound financial skills and experience in analysis, reporting, and proposal development for capital assets and infrastructure investment. You will also have experience in commercial contract management, including property, funders of healthcare, and NHS standard contracts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the efficient delivery of support services within the hospital
- Providing leadership for the effective management of all non-clinical functions
- Working with the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services to create and deliver the strategic, operational, and business development plan for the hospital
- Helping to identify business development opportunities, such as new services and development of existing services
- Contributing to the hospital's business plan and supporting managers and leads of departments to formulate departmental plans and objectives
- Ensuring delivery of NHS activity according to RTT 18 week protocols
