About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of our mental health services, providing clinical and management supervision to professional staff, and ensuring a responsive and high-quality service is provided to clients, their families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of mental health services
  • Clinical and management supervision of professional staff
  • Ensuring compliance with key performance indicators
  • Allocating work to relevant services and monitoring team contribution to overall objectives
  • Providing professional governance and leadership within the area
  • Deputising for the Deputy Service Manager as required
Person Specification

We are looking for a dedicated mental health professional with a nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent. You will have experience in providing leadership in a mental health care environment, evidence of leading service development within a mental health setting, and the ability to involve service users and carers in developing services.

You will be able to travel independently and have a strong understanding of mental health practice from previous experience. You will also have a passion for working with children and young people, and a commitment to improving their lives through providing a mental health service that shows compassion, kindness, and hope.
