Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive showroom performance, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and industry trends, staying ahead of the competition and identifying opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in a retail environment, preferably within the kitchen or home improvement sector, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
