Job Title: Maths Teaching Assistant

Job Summary: EdEx is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Maths Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Maths Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Maths lessons and providing additional support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of Maths lessons, working closely with teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Work with students of all abilities, including those who require additional support or are gifted and talented.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting a love of Maths and a growth mindset in students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Maths or a related subject.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Passion for Maths and a commitment to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
