Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products to kitchen and bathroom showrooms, retailers, independent merchants, and builders merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field sales position selling manufactured and distributed range of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products
  • Generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in the bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the industry
  • IT literate and able to use CRM software
