About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at Highland Home Carers. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with individuals to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, such as shopping, cooking, and social activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Contribute to enhancing the daily living of individuals, including domestic duties, shopping, and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with Highland Home Carers' policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to Highland Home Carers' policies and procedures, including risk assessments and health and safety protocols.
