SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Bournemouth Area
Salary: OTE £45K
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Estate Agency Sales Manager with exceptional mentoring and management abilities, outstanding sales skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of the Bournemouth area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success within the estate agency sector at Sales / Assistant Sales Manager level and will have experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Conduct valuations and negotiate sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Manage and motivate a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Experienced residential estate agent with a proven track record of success
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving license and ability to travel
