We are seeking an experienced Area Director to join our team at Connells Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of estate agents and driving sales growth in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

* Previous experience in estate agency or a related field
