The Culinary Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Regional Chef, overseeing all kitchen operations. Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of a top-notch menu while inspiring our team to meet our high expectations.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus bonus
  • Full-time position with 45 hours per week
  • 20 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays
  • Permanent role with flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
