About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software and Data Reporting Analyst to join our team at Edwards & Pearce in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience with ERP software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and support to new employees on the ERP system, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Implement and analyze the ERP system to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile engineer software, providing technical support to the operations team.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the customer web portal, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for our clients.
  • Manage SAP's Information Design Tool, Business Objectives, and Analytics Cloud across the organization, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with SAP's Business Objects and Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong SQL query skills or equivalent.
  • Advanced administrative skills with databases.
  • Expertise in Microsoft packages, including advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
