Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software & Data Reporting Analyst to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing analysis and implementation of our ERP system, as well as training new employees and being the point of contact for any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and implementation of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Train new employees on the ERP system, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Be the main point of contact for the mobile engineer software, providing support and guidance to the operations team.
- Oversee the running of the customer web portal, ensuring its maintenance and upkeep.
- Oversee SAP's Information Design Tool, Business objectives and Analytics Cloud throughout the company, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP's Business Objects and Analytics Cloud.
- SQL query experience or equivalent.
- Strong administrative skills with databases.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
What We Offer:
Up to £40,000 dependant on experience.
