Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our manufacturing processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Documentation: Create, verify, and distribute quality assurance documentation, including technical delivery documentation and ensuring proper filing structures in Microsoft Explorer.
  2. Customer Support: Investigate and resolve customer quality and technical issues, liaising with customers as necessary.
  3. Global Support: Provide quality assurance and engineering support to our offices in China and Vietnam, both remotely and in person.
  4. Sales Support: Offer quality assurance and engineering insights to support the sales function.

Requirements:

  1. Manufacturing Expertise: Proficient knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, casting, fabrication, and injection moulding.
  2. Engineering Experience: Previous experience in an engineering component/product manufacturing environment.
  3. Quality Standards: Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS16149, etc.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Explorer.
  5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred but not essential.
