We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot Manager to join our team at Carrier in Leyland, UK.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the depot office and administration teams, ensuring the depot is fully compliant with quality and health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the depot office and administration teams, including the hire desk, contracts administration, logistics, and general administration.
- Overseeing the workshop and engineer management.
- Maintaining accurate records and systems, with a focus on data entry accuracy.
- Leading regular team meetings and attending weekly depot meetings.
- Promoting high standards of customer service and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the wider depot network, service department, and sales teams.
- Resolving problems and establishing open communication channels.
- Managing invoice disputes and query resolution.

Requirements:We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous depot and office management experience.
- Previous experience working in the service industry.
