Depot Operations Manager

Carrier is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot Manager to join our team in Leyland, UK.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the depot office and administration teams, ensuring the depot is fully compliant with quality and health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the depot office and administration teams, including hire desk, contracts administration, logistics, and general administration.
- Overseeing the workshop and engineer management.
- Maintaining accurate records and systems, with high levels of data entry accuracy.
- Conducting regular team meetings and attending weekly depot meetings.
- Promoting highest standards of customer service and continuous improvement.
- Working closely with the wider depot network, service department, and sales teams.
- Acting quickly to resolve problems and establishing an open system of communication.
- Overseeing the overall invoice disputes logs and query resolution.
