About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager or Business Manager to assist the management team at our new store in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate the team to deliver great outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles
  • Liaise with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
  • Deal with customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner
  • Work to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online
Requirements
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve both quality & quantity goals
  • Previous experience as a sales leader within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
