About the Company: Our client is a prominent International Freight Forwarding organization that addresses diverse logistical requirements, including 3PL, as well as sea, road, and air freight services. In response to their expanding global operations, they are seeking to enhance their team with a Logistics Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on a daily basis.
  • Oversee order management by accurately entering data into the CARGOLINK system.
  • Facilitate collections in collaboration with the UK distribution team and International Export Planners.
  • Guide the Customs team in the preparation of export declarations.
  • Execute various administrative duties, including addressing inquiries and processing POD requests.
  • Keep clients informed about delivery status upon request.
  • Engage with DSV offices across Europe.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service roles.
  • Basic understanding of transportation processes (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Robust administrative capabilities.

Compensation: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,000, commensurate with skills and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
