We are seeking a dedicated Outdoor and Spa Maintenance Associate to become a valuable member of our team at Darwin Escapes. This role offers a competitive hourly wage.

This is a full-time opportunity, requiring 40 hours of work across 5 flexible days, including on-call duties as part of a rotation, weekends, and public holidays.

Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the Outdoor and Spa Maintenance Associate position will:

  • Support the maintenance team in the care of company facilities and guest lodgings.
  • Address maintenance inquiries from guests on-site.
  • Assist with renovation initiatives and participate in scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Complete necessary documentation following repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Help with the cleaning and upkeep of hot tubs during changeover periods.
  • Collaborate with the grounds team to maintain the retreat's five-star appearance.
  • Engage in grass cutting, strimming, edging, weeding, and clearing pathways.
  • Ensure the retreat remains tidy and free from debris.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in maintenance or groundskeeping is beneficial. A strong work ethic and eagerness to acquire new skills are essential. A valid driving license and the ability to operate site vehicles are required for this position.
