Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the four-star North Lakes Hotel Spa, located in the heart of the Lake District National Park.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive high standards of service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a shift to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support and motivate the team to achieve excellent service standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with training and development of team members

Requirements
