We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to drive our organisation's data-driven decision-making process.
This role is critical in developing and implementing data analysis tools, leading the Business Intelligence team, and providing strategic advice on data governance and user responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to facilitate analysis and improve understanding.
- Lead the Business Intelligence team, collaborating with Digital Services and external partners to achieve organisational goals.
- Provide specialist advice on datasets, analysis, research, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage data governance and user responsibilities throughout the organisation, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain robust and accessible analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data to various audiences.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
