Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and play a crucial part in shaping the financial strategies that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bank reconciliations, manage credit card transactions, and oversee petty cash.
  • Prepare financial reports for key stakeholders as needed.
  • Administer monthly payroll processes, including detailed analysis of overtime.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register with accuracy.
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed monthly, including prepayments and accruals.
  • Perform strategic financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Analyze debtor accounts to assess financial health.
  • Prepare financial statements up to trial balance level and draft journals for approval.
  • Collect and evaluate financial data for internal reporting purposes.
  • Assess company performance using key financial metrics.
