Position Overview
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role within the Marketing department, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition and engagement across diverse market segments, including leisure, hospitality, and events. This multifaceted position involves utilizing a variety of online and offline marketing channels to align with both long-term strategies and immediate business needs. The role requires collaboration within a compact team to generate leads, drive sales, and foster engagement, ultimately supporting the organization in achieving its ambitious objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance content on The Lensbury website using WordPress CMS.
- Develop engaging weekly communications for members and monthly promotional emails for accommodations.
- Create original content across various platforms, including compelling copy, photography, and videography.
- Collaborate with public relations agencies to effectively execute PR strategies, events, and media visits.
- Partner with creative agencies to design marketing campaigns for all business sectors, providing clear briefs and ensuring project success.
- Work closely with the eCommerce Manager to implement the digital marketing strategy, including PPC, paid social media, META search, and SEO initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce a range of attractive, brand-consistent printed materials and collateral.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Oversee content updates on The Lensbury Club App.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance membership engagement and increase average spend.
- Maintain up-to-date information on club noticeboards, digital displays, and promotional materials throughout the venue.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute The Lensbury social media strategy.
- Ensure all third-party advertising platforms are regularly updated with relevant content that positively represents The Lensbury.
- Proactively seek and recommend new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:
- Experience in a similar fast-paced and dynamic environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including CMS, social media, and digital tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a high standard of written English and design comprehension.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content development.
- Experience with WordPress CMS is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in design and copywriting, with knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva being desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with colleagues and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional representation of Marketing.
- Photography and/or videography skills are preferred.
- Experience in managing online communities on social media and other digital platforms is beneficial.
- Knowledge or experience in the hospitality, leisure, or events industry is a plus.
