Overview:
A leading organisation is in search of a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect to spearhead a pivotal redesign initiative for their Order Management System (OMS). With the current system nearing its end-of-life, they are looking for a proficient expert to design and deploy a new solution that will significantly improve their order processing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Redesign: Direct the thorough redesign of the Salesforce Order Management System. Evaluate the existing setup, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and formulate a strategic blueprint for a contemporary, scalable solution.
- Solution Development: Craft and execute innovative Salesforce solutions that meet both current and future business needs. Ensure the new OMS integrates flawlessly with existing systems and workflows, collaborating with the in-house development team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with business stakeholders, including IT, sales, and customer service teams, to grasp their requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Integration & Optimisation: Oversee the integration of the revamped OMS with other Salesforce modules and external systems. Enhance the system for performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for the new system architecture and deliver training to users and support personnel to facilitate a seamless transition.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with a strong emphasis on Order Management Systems. Proven track record in redesigning and implementing Salesforce OMS solutions.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration. Expertise in Salesforce Order Management and associated technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex systems and devise effective solutions.
