Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Wings School Notts. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, and dyslexia/dyspraxia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in providing a tailored curriculum to meet the needs of each student
  • Support students with additional needs to reach their full potential
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 months experience working in an education setting with students with SEN
  • Ability to tailor skills to meet individual student needs
  • Kind, caring, and patient approach when dealing with students requiring specialist support
  • Ability to commute to Newark
