About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill several Deputy Manager positions within a Residential Service catering to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role combines 14 hours of management responsibilities with 21 hours of direct, hands-on support, allowing you to develop your skills alongside an experienced service manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the team and service operations.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Promote independence and support individuals in making their own choices.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
- Implement care plans tailored to each individual.
- Engage service users in community activities and outings.
- Participate in various recreational activities, including arts and crafts.
- Provide varying levels of personal care as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £26,000 - £27,000
- Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Shifts: Monday to Friday with one weekend shift every four weeks

Requirements:

- Comfortable with providing personal care.
