A **Fixed Income Performance Specialist** is sought by **Joseph Harry Ltd** to enhance our analytics capabilities within the Fixed Income sector. This role focuses on **performance analysis** related to credit and rates in the **buy-side** investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive performance analysis for **Fixed Income** products, including corporate and government bonds, as well as loans.
- Collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders to refine and expand the existing analytics suite.
- Support the ongoing development of Fixed Income performance products, utilizing tools such as **POINT**, **PORT**, **BI-SAM**, or **Aladdin**.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a **Fixed Income Performance Analyst** with a strong focus on buy-side operations.
- Deep understanding of Fixed Income instruments and performance metrics.
- Ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with programming languages such as **Python** or **SQL**.
This role is pivotal as the organization seeks to bolster its **Fixed Income** business and increase assets under management (AUM). The project is expected to last between 12 to 24 months, with support from other analysts and business analysts.
Work Environment: The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring attendance in the office for 2 days a week. Flexible working hours are available, typically from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is **£80,000 - £110,000**, accompanied by a **10% bonus** and a **10% pension contribution**.
