Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
