**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.
  • Conducting periodic inspections, fault finding, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Providing top-quality service to our residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.
  • City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety.
  • A full, valid driving licence.
