Role:
We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in an agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create intuitive, visually appealing designs that meet business objectives and user needs
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation
Gather and analyze feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design

Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in an agency environment
Degree-level education in a relevant field
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of Sketch and InVision a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior designers
Excellent portfolio showcasing UX/UI design expertise
