About the Role:

A highly respected company, In Technology Group Ltd, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team in Essex. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £50,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end user experience design process for digital products, from concept to final implementation.
  • Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that communicate design ideas and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure UX designs align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback, best practices, and career development support to enhance their skills.
  • Facilitate A/B testing and other user testing methods, develop designs based on feedback, and continuously improve the UX of products.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex design challenges and create user-friendly products.
  • Expertise with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into successful product designs.
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design audiences.
  • Prior experience leading design projects or managing other designers, with ability to provide mentorship and guidance.
