Interim Group Consolidations Manager - Outside IR35 - Competitive Salary - Hybrid Working - 3/6 months

Communicate Recruitment Solutions LTD is currently seeking an experienced Interim Group Consolidations Manager to join a subsidiary of a leading international logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and group consolidations, with experience in managing large-scale financial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end consolidated financial results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.

  • Managing group consolidations for multiple entities, with a focus on multi-currency and multinational experience.

  • Reviewing and advising on complex accounting issues, providing expert guidance on financial reporting and compliance.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance.

  • Available to start within a short notice period.

Requirements:

  • Either Big 4 or Top 10 trained and ACA qualified, or ACCA qualified with complex business experience.

  • Proven experience in financial reporting and group consolidations, with a strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex financial projects.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a focus on remote working.
