Job Summary: Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the optical sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the South West England region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in the designated territory and develop profitable growth in value and volume according to the agreed budget.
  • Increase market share through business consulting and building long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Manage a mix of independent opticians, small regional/key accounts, and national retail opticians.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced business environment, where every order counts and planning and preparation are key to success.
  • Open new accounts and manage relationships to grow the business from an early start.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the optical industry (Dispensing Optician/Practice Manager).
  • Ideal experience in B-2-B sales in a closely-related industry.
  • Tenacious, hungry, and passionate for success, with the ability to grow within the company.
