Key Responsibilities- Deliver and manage programmes of care to a designated caseload/population, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to improve individual and family health outcomes.
- Be professionally accountable for the maintenance of standards of professional practice as set by the appropriate regulatory body applicable to your profession or role.
- Ensure safe and effective clinical practice, enhance the child and family experience, and ensure effective contribution to the delivery of the organisation's objectives.
- Provide a universal preventative healthcare service to young children and families through the healthy child programme.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure children and families have access to and benefit from partnership plus services.
