Key Responsibilities:- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate the work of multiple trades, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard
- Communicate effectively with the onsite team, ensuring that they receive clear direction and operate within company guidelines
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in the housing sector
- SMSTS Training Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- CISRS certification
- Full UK Driving License
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
