About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive and efficient imaging service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist radiologists and other radiographers in patient examinations
  • Undertake radiographic duties with supervisory responsibilities
  • Ensure patient care and comfort throughout examinations
  • Liaise with other disciplines to maintain high-quality patient care
  • Participate in the radiology shift system, including rotation through CT, general x-ray, and other areas
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
  • DCR or BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography and HCPC registration
  • Substantial NHS general radiographic experience
  • Evidence of CT working and basic scanning competencies
  • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Professional attitude to working in a pressurized environment
