Cyber Systems Security Engineering Principal Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Systems Security Engineering Principal Consultant to join our team at Leonardo Cyber & Security Solutions Division. As a key member of our Cyber Consulting practice, you will play a critical role in helping our customers deliver and secure their solutions and products.
About the RoleThis is a highly rewarding and challenging role that offers exposure across both traditional and cutting-edge IT, electronics, and bespoke operational technology systems. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from security architecture and compliance to risk management and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Relate: Actively listen and empathize with customers to build intimacy and understand their needs.
- Understand: Define potential solutions to problems with limited information based on experience and technical knowledge.
- Assess: Identify, measure, and analyze risks associated with digital systems and information assets through risk assessments and governance structures.
- Treat: Assist in defining appropriate security solutions across people, process, and technology aligned to the risk picture.
- Assure: Help customers gain confidence in security through assessments and implementation of security criteria.
- Develop: Assist in building viable offerings and technical development of products for customer sectors.
- Degree in an engineering-related discipline with at least 5+ years of delivery experience.
- At least 2 recognized professional certifications in Cyber Security.
- Experience in managing project delivery, multiple stakeholders, and communication with internal and external customers.
- Self-directed with ability to lead/line manage a small team of cyber security consultants/engineers.
- Conduct cyber risk assessment activities, develop design constraints, and coordinate with product engineers and system architects.
- UK SC Clearance or ability to obtain it, as well as other security clearances.
